The DPM-OPT-WXU WiFi and USB communication board allows a DPM-3 1/8 DIN digital panel meter to be interfaced to an external PC or HMI via WiFi or USB. The use of WiFi, which is standard with most computers, avoids the need for communication cables. The WiFi interface boards offer seamless integration with your DPM-3 1/8 DIN size instruments. These Plug & Play field-installable boards provide versatility by allowing DPM-3 instruments to be polled using Modbus commands, enabling efficient data retrieval. With a remarkable polling rate of every 10 milliseconds via WiFi, you can access real-time information at your fingertips, updated at a rapid rate of up to 60 times per second. The package includes an external 2.4 GHz WiFi antenna and a 30" (76 cm) antenna cable, ensuring reliable wireless connectivity. Compliant with the IEEE 802.11 b/g/n wireless standard, these boards offer impressive data rates of up to 72.2 Mbits per second. Additionally, a Mini-USB port is included for programming or operation as a Modbus slave at baud rates of up to 38400, enhancing the board's flexibility and functionality.
