Transducer Techniques has been a pioneer in manufacturing since 1979. We have established ourselves as leaders in innovation and quality. Transducer Techniques designs and manufactures a complete line of Load Cells, Force Sensors, Torque Sensors, and related instrumentation. Our uniquely designed force measurement and weighing devices are typically used in process control, factory automation, robotic controls, plus hundreds of other scientific and industrial applications. All our sensing elements are manufactured with bonded foil strain gauges wired in a full Wheatstone bridge configuration.

When each load cell has been completed in the manufacturing process, the testing process begins each load cell is tested and calibrated and must meet or exceed our strict electrical and mechanical performance guidelines before it is released for service.

 

Every Load Cell is proof tested for full rated capacity and in most cases the Load Cell exceeds it's full rated capacity.

Only strain gages of the highest quality are installed and configured by technicians who have undergone our extensive training program targeting craftsmanship and attention to detail. To the end user, this results in a high quality product we can stand behind.
All Load Cells / Force Sensors, and Torque Sensors are supplied with a Calibration Certificate traceable to NIST.
